Toronto Public LibraryFor those needing a break from their local coffee shops, the Toronto Public Library has created a new working space for writers.

Located on the third floor of the Toronto Reference Library, the Writers’ Room will offer published and unpublished writers free workspaces, wireless Internet, and a lounge.

Successful applicants – “who can demonstrate a commitment to using the Library’s collections in their writing” – will have access to the room for three-month periods.

Applications are available here.
