    Not the “World’s oldest film of Charles Dickens” – he was dead long before film. It’s the world’s oldest film of a Dickens story or character.

    Thanks, Correction. The Guardian’s headline also makes it sound as if Dickens was the filmmaker: “World’s oldest Charles Dickens film discovered.”
