Wednesday night at Springridge Farm in Milton, Ontario, food, wine, and travel columnist Lynn Ogryzlo stopped by to celebrate her new book The Ontario Table (Niagara Cooks). The cookbook is designed not only to pass on recipes, but also to introduce readers to Ontario’s local food and culture.
Canadian Living food editor Elizabeth Baird made a special appearance and Ogryzlo brought along her “Ontario tablecloth” on which she is collecting signatures from farmers, chefs, and foodies throughout her tour.
