Michael Kenyon, Stuart Ross, and Gillian Jerome take home ReLit Awards

The ReLit Awards, Canada’s prize for small press“published literature, were handed out last night at the Ottawa International Writers Festival. The winning authors are: Michael Kenyon, for his novel The Beautiful Children (Thistledown Press); Stuart Ross, for his short story collection Buying Cigarettes for the Dog (Freehand Books); and Gillian Jerome, for her poetry collection Red Nest (Nightwood Editions).

The winners are pictured below with prize founder Kenneth J. Harvey (left).
