Emmanuel Delloye has taught French language and literature at Kabul University in Afghanistan for six years. Throughout his professional life, Delloye has worked with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, mostly in the Official Development Assistance and cultural sections. He has been appointed to several countries, including Tunisia, Nicaragua, Ireland, and the U.S. Delloye is a member of the association at Étonnants Voyageurs, a book and film festival held in France.
