If you were to compare these two completely different authors you would notice one uses the sentence structure and grammar of a child and one of a university/ college professor. After finishing the entire Twilight series in under a week and still being unable to find interest in the last of the Harry Potter novel I can honestly say J.K Rowling has nothing on Stephenie Meyer as far as writing goes.

It was a nice change to sit down with a book that actually challenged me, something that has not happened since fifth grade. Meyer’s writing, while very descriptive, always allowed the reader to make assumptions as oppose to simply stating her view. This writing style allows the reader to live the story instead of simply reading it.

To the people who say,” OH… I fall asleep trying to read Harry Potter.”
Well, some people FALL ASLEEP reading twilight. Also, maybe that shows your intellectual level if you can’t understand Harry Potter. My point is : we find TWilight boring, so just don’t go there.
JK Rowling is by far better:
She’s sold more copies, won numerous awards, and of course: She actually can write. Breaking Dawn was the weirdest shi* i’ve ever read. It was like fan fiction.
Harry potter is way better, and twilight needs to deal with it.

J.K.ROWLING IS BETTER THEN STEPHENIE MEYER.. If you doubt this:Consider this, J.K. has won numerous awards, sold over 400 COPIES WORLDWIDE, and is considered a literary genius. Stephenie SUCKS!!!

stephenie meyer is 1million times better than jk.rowling the twilight books are the best books i have ever read if i even try to read harry potter i fall asleep but i could stay up all night reading eclipse i am on the third book and have not lost intrest for 1 second!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stephenie meyer is an AMAZING author. she has taken fantasy to a whole new level. harry potter is okay but the twilight saga owns it by far. and as for the movies. it doesnt matter if you thought it was simple. were talking books and stephenie is clearly a superior author. there is so much more to relate to with bella than there is with harry. i <3 twilight

I really don’t give a shit. they’re both amazing authors, their styles are different, so why should we compare the two. Stephenie’s books are more romance/fantasy, and JK Rowlings don’t have very much romance in them. Harry Potter is all about stopping Voldemort from taking over the world, while in Twilight Edward is just trying to save Bella’s life. Very, very different. I love and respect both authors… way to go, you guys!
