Kids Can Press held an industry breakfast at its offices on Nov. 21 to build buzz for the March 2008 release of Mélanie Watt’s Scaredy Squirrel at the Beach, the third in her Scaredy Squirrel series.

If any less than perfect copies of any books are collecting dust in your office please consider sending them to me. All of my students are struggling readers/ slow learners from poor families and many are learning English as a second language. Few of them own any books of their own.
