It’s pretty rare to see grownups playing dressup at a book event unless the book in question includes the words “Harry Potter” or “Jedi” in the title. But that’s Sir John A. Macdonald (well, actually, Brian Porter) greeting author Roy MacSkimming at a Kingston Indigo.
