Good morning,
I saw Seamus today talking about Tiger Woods and wanted to make him aware of the annual brain injury golf tournament in St. John’s in August.
I am a survivor (Glasgow III) but also a winner of the tournament, as well as the Quadracycle. I’ve given a speech about living with a traumatic brain injury and am trying to make more people aware of the injury and that with hard work, a tutor and determination, recovery is possible so one may be a participant in society.
He is more than welcome to return home and play in this tournament, and we could make a team. I’m 13 handicap so I don’t think he’d mind playing with me together on a team.
I was there when he was MC at the Craig Dobbin’s autism benefit as well. I knew Craig for decades and my father was a personal friend for more than 50 years.
