Holy tome
The man formerly known as Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger will publish his first book as pope. Jesus of Nazareth, as Reuters reports, is “a personal, historical-theological analysis of the central figure of the Christian faith.”
The book is the first volume in Pope Benedict’s work on this topic, and he “has decided to publish what he has written so far because he doesn’t know ‘how much time and strength’ he has left.”
The pope willl definitely not be interviewed by Judith Regan in advance of publication.
