An interview with George Pyle, author of Raising Less Corn More Hell discusses why the Kansas editor ended up writing a staunch critique of the American farm economy. An advocate for small, organic farms, Pyle tells Ira Boudway: “Most of the problem both for farmers and for people in the world who are hungry or malnourished is not an undersupply but an oversupply that ripples through the economy.”
