Will the new Heritage minister please stand up?

Watch for Liza Frulla or Sarmite (Sam) Bulte to take the Canadian Heritage portfolio when Paul Martin announces his new cabinet within the next couple of weeks. That’s the prediction made in this Globe and Mail story. Frulla, a Montreal MP, is a onetime Quebec culture minister and has experience in radio, while Bulte served as Sheila Copps’s parliamentary secretary — which could hurt her or help her, depending on how fresh the recent power struggle with Copps remains in Martin’s mind.
